WORSHIP LEADER INTERNSHIP

 

PURPOSE:

To develop the call God has placed on your life to pursue church ministry, specifically in the role of  worship leadership.

We are committed to developing and empowering the future generation of worship leaders to become effective ministers, not just song leaders. Our internship program is designed to provide you with opportunities for spiritual, vocational, and personal development while giving you hands-on ministry experience working alongside Mariners Church pastors and staff.

QUICK POINTS:

  • Three month commitment

  • Typically Interns are between the ages of 19-26

  • Internships occur in three-month sessions during Fall, Winter & Spring

TYPICAL WEEKLY SCHEDULE: 

  • Thursdays: Half day

  • Saturdays: Evening service

  • Sundays: Morning services

  • Potential Mid-week events

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

Those who have a desire to develop the call God has placed on their life, specifically in the area of  worship leading. Typically, interns are between the ages of 19-26 and in a season that doesn't demand full-time employment. Interns are expected to embrace a high biblical standard of personal conduct and lifestyle both public and personal, willing to sign the Leadership Commitment agreement and make Mariners South County your home church during the internship.
